My Comcast email folders are empty on my Samsung S22 phone using Oultook for Android. The folders are populated on my computer, using Outlook and of course when I go to Xfinity direct (internet) on my computer. Not sure when I lost all the folder emails, I've deleted the Comcast account in Outlook on my phone but the folders are still not populating. Thank you.

If you changed your password, as we're all having to do, did you change it in Outlook on your phone?

Thanks for letting us know, @myusernameis. It sounds like your Samsung S22 Outlook app is not Syncing properly. I found a good article that might help with this. Would you mind trying the steps listed HERE? Let me know if that helps.
