Thank you very much for reaching out to us here @user_q8t0bi. If you are still having problems finding a saved draft I will be happy to assist you with that.

  1. When logged into an account, click the envelope icon to get to the email Inbox.
  2. In the top-right corner of the mailbox, click the Gear icon, then Email Settings.
  3. View settings Behavior settings are general email settings.
    • Permanently remove deleted emails – Deleted emails will skip the trash folder and be immediately deleted.
      • Emails can be recovered through Recover Deleted Items.
    • While sending, automatically collect contacts in the folder "Collected addresses" – Saves email recipient contacts to Collected Addresses in the address book for future reference.
      • This is the only setting in this section that’s on by default.
    • While reading, automatically collect contacts in the folder "Collected addresses" – Saves contacts to Collected Addresses in the address book for future reference.
    • Ask for mailto link registration – Provides a link a customer can use to register for a mailto link.
      • Creates a link which will open a compose window in the recipient's email client with the customer's email address in the To field.
      • Forward email – Either attach the previous email or have it inline.
        • Inline is the default.
      • Format – Control how you want your emails shown.
        • It defaults to HTML and plain text.
      • Default Font Style – Change how emails are displayed according to font, size and color.
      • Advanced settings have three options:
        • Append vCard adds contact info to outgoing emails automatically.
        • Insert the original email text to a reply is on by default.
        • Confirm recipients when replying to a mailing list.
      • Below are Auto-save email draftsDefault sender address and BCC.
        • Default sender address should be the customer's email address.
        • Auto-save email drafts defaults at one minute, but can be turned off.
        • BCC should be blank unless by customer request.

I don't see the behavior settings and when I click advanced settings under email, I don't see the option to turn off save to drafts.  I keep getting my emails saved to draft too often and then I have to go to draft to find it, open it, and continue writing before I send.  I don't want to keep doing that.  I want to keep writing until I finish the email and send it.
