email

I cannot access my email. I keep getting the message, "Connection timed out. Please try reloading that page." I chatted with the Xfinity Assistant who, after many tries, restarted my modem.  I still cannot access my email. I keep getting the same message, "Connection timed out..........." Can anyone help?

@user_65efe6 - Thank you for commenting and post here on the Xfinity Forums. You've reached the right team for help to troubleshoot your email. We'll ask a few questions to get a better understanding and work together towards a fix. What device are you using to access you email and have you tried another? Is it your Xfinity email you're having this issue with? Any connectivity issues otherwise?

@XfinityThomasA​  I am trying to access my email on my home computer.  I can access it on my iPad and my cell phone but not on my home computer.  Yes, it is my Xfinity email that I cannot access.  Everything else seems to be working fine.

Thank you for the detailed response and for being our eyes and ears on the other end. Okay, let's go ahead and try to power off your home computer for a minute or two and then turn it back on. If your computer is set to "automatically connect to your home network" please "forget the network name" so that you're prompted to connect to your home network once more. Once completed please try to access your Xfinity email once more. Thanks so much for taking these steps!
