I haven't been able to log into the comcast e-mail server since 9/23/2020 around 3 pm to check e-mail. It was working fine before that. In trying to trouble shoot the issue on my end I inadvertantly changed my e-mail address on comcasts website where I could login and check e-mail but prefer outlook and want to go back to my previous e-mail address. I contacted comcast customer service this morning about this and was told by Anjani that there was an issue with comcasts e-mail server and it was being worked on and I would be able to go back to my previous e-mail address when the issue is resolved in about an hour and that he had escalated my report. Two hours later I still can't log into comcasts email server through outlook. I have to login with the e-mail address I accidently changed to on the comcast webpage. I don't want to have to change my e-mail contact info on websites I do business with but may have to at this point. It was my error trying to figure this issue out on my end and I probably should just call customer service on the phone. Anyone else having e-mail issues that may or may not be resolved yet?
