E-Mail

Hello,

My wife and I have e-mail with comcast. How can I get incomming mail on the same page without having to sing out and then sing in to the next (ex. my wife mail).

Window 10 home.

Thank you.

I use Outlook 2013 on my Windows 10 desktop for email and have two users on my Comcast account.  My primary user is my main user with my default email address.  I have a secondary user (a test user) with a different email account.  In Outlook I clicked on File and selected Account Settings where I was able to add a second email account which I could switch back and forth to in order to see emails from each account.  I would think this would work with your and your wife's accounts as well.

Yes, it works with Outlook, but what are you asking?  To work with the Xfinity Connect mobile app or the web site email access?

Thank you,

What I'm looking for is like in outlook you can have my mail and my folders and you can have  my wife mail and folders you can select my e-mail to get my mail and you can do the same with my wife e-mail without having to live the page.

I hope this explanation help.

Thank you.

The only way I can think of would be to set up an auto forward of all emails from one address to the other.

You can add additional emails to Xfinity Connect on the website.  See posts below.

Well, I logged into the web email on my Windows 10 desktop and there is an 'Add mail account' option.  I added the second user on my account's email address and I can now see BOTH email accounts without logging out/in.  Is this what you were looking for?
