email xfinity
I need to let Xfinity know that two emails were sent from my main account in the middle of the night that I did not send. I changed my password, blocked the hackers whose emails they were sent to and I want to know further security measures I can take to make sure this doesn't happen again. I just changed my email password approximately two weeks ago and again today.

Thank you for changing your password right away. That is a great first step. I would encourage you to reach out to our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) Team and report what happened to them. They can help you take further steps to protect your account. You can reach them by phone at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 between the hours of 8am and 12am, EST, 7 days a week. Just ask for the "CSA Team." You can also submit a report online by visiting https://spa.xfinity.com.
