Email will not SEND

I am receiving email on my computer. The system will not allow me to send email from my computer, tablet, or phone. How do I fix the problem

Exactly what happens when you try to send?  Are you getting any error message?  Are you using only a browser and the webmail UI?  Or a mail app or desktop client?

I can received & open emails, no problem.  i cannot send or reply, I get "Please verify the port and SSL information is correct"  It seems to be correct, but doesn't work.

What are your smtp settings?
