Email will not load

Hello,

I have 3 usernames and 2 of them work just fine to check email; however, one of them just goes back to the home page whenever I click on the email link. I have not been able to access emails on that account in months- please help.

Uh oh! That's definitely weird, @pr0nstrajen2. It doesn't sound like there's any error message that pops up when it loops you back to the homepage, right? Have you already attempted closing out the window and reopening (or closing and reopening the app), trying a different browser, and clearing cache and cookies?

@ComcastGina I have tried on 2 phones, a laptop and a desktop PC. I literally signed out of one username email that worked and used the same window to log in with this other one and it acts like the email links are links to the home page. It doesn't make much sense to me.

Thanks for getting back to me! And for the additional information! I have a few other questions:

 

  • How long ago was the last time you were able to login using that username successfully?
  •  
  • Did anything change between then and now?
  •  
  • If you login with the primary email, does the username that's having issues right now show up? (note: that link is to change user roles, but also shows how to view the users.)
  •  
  • Is the username you're using a third party email address (like Gmail or Yahoo, etc) or an Xfinity username?
  •  
  • Are you omitting the "@" symbol and the domain after it and just using the username when you are attempting to sign in?

I am having the same problem. It worked yesterday but today get 'loading your email' and brings up the xfinity home page again.

Have opened trouble ticket but no response from Comcast yet.

@user_fc4488 Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your email issues. Can you please tell me more about the trouble that you are having? Are you able to access your email from more than 1 username? Are you able to access your email from any other device? Have you attempted through different browsers?

Same issue here.  Worked early this morning but then quit about noon today (7/12/2021)  Was on phone with tech support and the next thing I know he is gone and never came back

I am having the same issue too. I have two emails, and one account  works, but the other does not. I have access to them on my iphone, but not on my laptops or several computers.

I called Comcast three times yesterday and they told me to try to log back in later or tomorrow to see if it is fixed. (I have three tickets in at Comcast, and still not working.)

You think they would be working on this issue since there are several complaints.

Same issue here... I can't login on a phone, imac, pc, all using three separate browsers.  Each time, clearing cache, cookies and entire history - which created collateral work - but nothing worked.
