E-mail web access loops at opening screen

Trying to get into e-mail through the xfinity web page...I get the e-mail opening screen, the progress indicator dots, and then it comes back to the opening screen, over, and over and over.

The assistant is utterly worthless, could not get it to connect to an agent.
