Email transfer
The email I have used for a long while was a comcast email under my dad's account, but I just moved out and made my own xfinity account to get service for my new house. I asked over the phone if I could transfer the comcast email between accounts but I'm not sure they exactly understood what I was asking. Would it be possible to move my comcast email so that it is the primary email on my new account and I can access it from there rather than having to log in to the member account under my dad's account in order to access my email?

To add or change the email address to your account online, follow the steps below:
Go to Account Communications.
You can also click the Account Icon on the right. Then, select Update Contact Info.
Sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.
Review the Contact Methods section.
Note: Individual users on the account can add a personal email address.
Choose Add personal email.
To change an existing email address, choose the address. Then, click Manage email.
You will be asked to verify your identity before making this change. You can choose one of two ways:
Tap a notification in the Xfinity app.
Enter a code sent through email or text.
Enter your email address. Choose Continue.
You will get a code sent to this email.
Enter the six-digit code in the boxes and choose Verify.
You will get confirmation that your email is verified.
Update your Xfinity account contact information and preferences online
