Throttling my email from an organization that uses constant conct to @ 130 recipients. Takes hours to get it. No one else in household has this issue with Hotmail and Gmail.

@user_nmct1t An email taking hours to arrive is most commonly caused by intermediate server delays or recipient-side filtering, rather than just the sender or receiver directly. While it can stem from a full inbox or slow internet, significant delays are often due to security scans (anti-spam/malware), heavy traffic, or the receiving server temporarily being down. Have you already migrated your email to Yahoo?
