email support

I have had a Comcast email account ([Edited: "Personal Information"]) for many years. I received several emails about the upcoming rollover to Yahoo support for Comcast email accounts, but when I followed the instructions there it simply logged me onto my Xfinity account where I could find no information on the rollover to Yahoo. I have received no emails to [Edited: "Personal Information"] for several weeks (where I normally get multiple emails per day), and I can no longer initiate emails from that account. I have not gotten any email asking me to accept Yahoo's terms of service. I assume something has gone wrong in rolling my account over to Yahoo. I have had no luck dealing with this via either customer service or Xfinity assistant. If you need to contact me I also receive email at [Edited: "Personal Information"] (since I get no email at [Edited: "Personal Information"]). Thanks in advance,

[Edited: "Personal Information"]

Greetings,user_ta690x! Thanks for knocking on our XFINITY Community Forum door with your email concerns. You have reached the right team to help you with the new Yahoo email migration. By chance, have you checked in the junk/spam folder to check if the acceptance terms email is in this folder?

Hi there, @user_ta690x To accept the terms and conditions for your Xfinity email moving to Yahoo, you need to sign in to your Comcast.net email account at login.yahoo.com and then select the option to accept Yahoo's terms when prompted. You should receive a notification from Xfinity via email or within the Xfinity app when your account is ready for the move, which includes a link to the terms. If you have multiple Comcast.net accounts, you'll need to accept the terms for each one separately. -Richard

@user_ta690x

The information will come from an official Comcast/Xfinity email address.  In webmail that email will have the verified logo next to it.

Here is information regarding the transition to Yahoo! Mail:

And, from the Yahoo! page:

I hope that helps.
