Hi there, user_kx1lil! Thank you for reaching out about your email box. The message is showing you need to reach out to our Customer Security Assurance team, CSA. They can resolve the security issue preventing you from accessing the email box. The link above has their contact information and hours they are in the office. They will be great help and get this all turned around!

Is this why my email stopped flowing into it since July 5th?  I know that my usual creep who sends me 100 MEG files of photos that I don't want was the original cause, but now that I have cleared out lots of emails, the Inbox still doesn't receive any emails after July 5th.

Some security update or some such thing could have been missed by me because I have an absolute [Edited: "Language"] job during the day, and don't have time to answer such required responses in a timely manner.  Plus the fact that my system was originally overloaded by someone I have told numerous times to stop with his [Edited: "Language"] large files.

Thanks for reaching out to us,  we do apologize for any inconvenience. When it comes to the Xfinity e-mail storage limits https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xconn-email-storage-limit you do want to go through all your emails settings and clear out as much space as possible. Then you may want to also log out and log back into your e-mail account from every device,  then what I would try,  is emailing yourself from another e-mail address and see if emails are coming through.

But if you're having issues still after that you can use the information my @XfinityRay coworker provided

The first-line reps at CSA are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.

They should check:

  • Email Safe List is not active
  • Auto Forward is not set
  • Mail Filter Rules are not set to forward, redirect, reject, or delete incoming messages
