Your email is stored on the Comcast email servers. You have up to 10Gb of storage available per account. When you delete emails they go to the Trash folder for 14 days, and then drop into a recovery folder where they will remain for another 30 days. After that they are no longer recoverable. There is a setting in your account that can bypass the Trash folder, but the messages will still go to the recovery folder for the 30 day period. There is no way to delete from the recovery folder manually. To see the recovery folder, right-click on the Trash folder and then on "Recover deleted items".

So if there are more than 1 email address per account, the total capacity of the email addresses is 10 Gig?
Can that be increased? Thanks.

Please create a new topic of your own here on this board detailing your issue (copy your post and paste it there). Thanks. Re-closing this 8-month-old dead thread that was improperly re-opened by the new forum software / platform. A known issue that is being worked on.
