Email Status Reserved?

Hello, I have had a comcast.net email account since 2007. I tried to access it recently, and I get redirected to a support page https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information

I did some research and found this site https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-activity-status

I found that my email account is listed as "reserved" with the following message: "A Comcast email has not been set up for this account yet. You can activate the email by accessing the inbox with your Xfinity ID and password." I tried to login again at https://connect.xfinity.com/ and it doesn't work. Please help. Thanks!

Hey there, agw1988! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. I do apologize for the experience with accessing your email. How long ago did you log in and access the comcast.net prior to this error that you received?

Hi Adrienne! It looks like April 18, 2024 may have been the last time I accessed my comcast.net email account. It had been working since 2007.

@agw1988 I would suggest reaching out to our Customer Security Assurance Team (CSA). They handle email requests like this, and should be able to help. The CSA team can be reached at 888-565-4329 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM EST.
