Email signature

Hi.  I created an email signature in my Xfinity email account settings and set it as the default for all emails and replies.  But when I create new messages the signature is not appearing.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

I don't know if you still need help but after you created the signature did you close out of email, and then your browser and then restart a new session?  I have several different signatures and they all work with no problem.  What browser are you using?
