Email sign in redirecting to Discovery Hub
When I log into my Xfinity Account, and then click “go to inbox” or “Check email” the link sends me to the discovery hub.
All avenues I take start with loading the inbox, and then redirects to the Hub. I read on another post that this is caused by you email account being inactive.
How can I reactivate the account? I need it to access streaming. accounts that I use.
I have read many forums, and I can’t seem to find a way to fix this myself. may I please speak with a representative?

I have read this solution:
“My resolution was when an Xfinity rep deleted and then recreated my email account, then it started working.
try emailing yourself from another account. I got a “Not our user” bounce before they deleted/recreated to account”
I believe this may be the cause. How can I speak with an Xfinity Rep to delete and recreate my email account?
