In webmail [connect.xfinity.com/appsuite] click on the gear icon and then on Email settings.  In the left pane click on Auto Forward and see if your email is being forwarded to another address.  Also, you might want to send yourself an email and see if it gets to you.

@user_ribonf I would be happy to look into why your inbox is showing empty for some reason. Are you logging into the email through our website, or are you using a 3rd party app like outlook to access the email?
