E-Mail shown as Spam

Greetings to the forum,

I receive two daily mailings  from an national organization, and both of them end up in the spam folder.  In order to read and respond, I have to click the not spam option and get it back to my in box.  In the past, after a few not spam option checks,  other e-mails go directly into the in box.  However, these two topic e-mails keep showing up in the spam folder.  The two in question have been showing up in spam for over a year.   How can I stop the two e-mails from hitting my spam file? Any thoughts are appreciated............Mick 7

Keep in mind that other people using Comcast email may be marking them as Spam, and that goes into the aggreggate of things that affect whether or not the filters see something as junk.  But you can call Comcast security and see if they can help with this---------------
