Email service complaint

Xfinity what is being done about attachments not being able to be downloaded on “Comcast.net”. That is my mail server and gateway into the net. I have used Comcast.net for years under [Edited: "Personal Information"] and have no trouble receiving attachments until now. Could you provide a solution to this problem.  [Edited: "Personal Information"]      Thank you  Greg

Thanks for taking the time to post on our community forums, gmsang. I'm sorry you're unable to download your attachments. There's a known issue involving customers not being able to view attachments with downloading them being a workaround for the problem. Are you attempting to do so directly through the website here, or are you using a third party email client such as Outlook, Apple Mail, or Thunderbird?

thank you for the response. I am attempting to open/download right through my Comcast email program. I have not received any notice as of yet for the switch over for email service either.      Greg Sango
