Email Server Issues?

Currenly my email when accessed through web browsers at xfinity.com, is saying my email is maxed at 1222% but says I am at 98%, yesterday I was at less than 10%.

 

This morning I started getting duplicates of earlier received emails with new times on them. I deleted almost all of my mail except some sent items, and I am still receiving the overage error. I think there is something wrong with the server my account is on.

 

Any thoughts?

I think I figured it out, there are over 2 million messages in my spam folder....doh!
