Email server blocked with "550 5.1.0 Connection is not being accepted at this time." error in mail logs

I run a mail server for a client with a comcast.net email address. The client has email forwarded from the server to the comcast address. That email is bouncing with this message: status=bounced (host mx2.mxge.comcast.net[96.102.157.181] said: 550 5.1.0 Connection is not being accepted at this time. (in reply to MAIL FROM command)

I filled out the form here 8 days ago: https://spa.xfinity.com/report

After filling the form out, I received an email from comcast informing me that my IP address was not on a block list. DMARC/DKIM/reverse IP are all set up. I run other servers that have no problems sending to Comcast email addresses running on AWS EC2 cloud services.

Not sure what else to do at this point. How do I get in touch with a real person who can help?
