Yes I have sent emails to these people, this began a few months ago. I am not sending files when send out the email, just a paragraph or two. The email is returned to me with the attachments. I don't know what to try, waited forever on the phone with Comcast, finally hung up.

Thank you for letting us know. Permanent errors indicate when the recipient’s server returns the email to the sending server. This usually applies when the address of one or more recipients is no longer active and therefore can’t receive messages anymore. Are you able to confirm these email address are still active? Also, you may want to let the receivers know this is happening and have them check their settings. You can also find more about this here
