Email sent folder empty

Hello,

This morning, my daughter discovered her comcast.net email sent folder was empty except for a single email she sent this morning. She reset her password in order to access the comcast website directly, with the same result. Other folders seem normal and not missing messages. She did not mass delete all of her emails.

Please help.

I should mention that she normally accesses her mail via the Apple Mail app/program.

@user_432217 Thank you for reaching out to us here so we can help with your daughter's missing Emails. If she signs into her Email account through our website, is she able to see all her sent Emails?

No. She does not see her older sent mail on the Mail app, or on the xfinity website. She has only messages from yesterday.

@user_432217 I appreciate you checking on that for me. Is there anything in her trash folder? You can learn how to recover deleted Emails here.

There is nothing in her trash folder, and nothing available to recover.

@user_432217 Thank you for trying that and checking to see if there was an option to recover. Since we are unable to locate the emails we will have to create a request with our repair team to have this issue investigated. Please send us your name, service address and the email address in question so we can help out.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.
Click "Sign In" if necessary

Please let us know if and how xfinity or Apple resolved. I have the same issue and Xfinity's restore file also included my inbox emails. Thanks
