Hi xfinity team! Assistance please. When I do an email search, I am only getting limited results back and nothing prior to 07/2018. Can you provide some guidance please?

This issue has been resolved. Fix required engineering involvement to re-index the mailbox. This thread will be closed now.
Exactly how are you searching?
Via the search box on the top left of the email screen. I select the different folders by name or by all folders and get the same results. I use keywords or email addresses. Previous searches, before this week, always turned up all requested emails.
