Email Search

We are having a lot of issues with the search feature in the Xfinity email.  When we type a reference in the search box, it will only bring up some of the emails, when we know we have several more that won't populate.  This has been happening for about 2-3 weeks now.

The last week or so when I do a search I only get emails sent or received over the last 2 or 3 weeks.  I am now having to manually search for emails beyond that.  I have had my account since being converted from AT&T Broadband back in 2002 and use it daily.
