Email search

Why all at once does the search feature on Xfinity's online email no longer work? I can be looking right at an email targeted by the search and it comes up empty-handed every time.

Try putting "From:" in front of the name or address. (minus the quote marks)

Are you searching one particular folder or all folders?  What are you using for a search criterium?
