Email Search Not Working

For a long time now searching for any email in the Xfinity inbox has not worked at all. Any attempt to search for an email comes back with "no matching items found", even if the email was just received minutes ago. Is there a way to fix this? @Xfinity Support

What search criteria are you using?  Mine seems to work OK.

@Latoque I'm not using any search criteria in particular, but searching with different criteria like the sender of the email or the subject line of the email return with no result. Even a general search of any folder in my email returns no result. Also, searching my inbox with the specific title of an email I can see in my inbox still gives no result.

Hello @zecarias, I wanted to follow up to see if you were still having issues with your email. We'd be happy to investigate.

@ryoders, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support! I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your email. Look at your email list, and pick out a specific email, then search for a keyword in that email to see if you can pull it up. Let me know the results.
