Email Scams

Who should I report fraudulent/scam emails received with the Xfinity branding on them? For the past several months I have received spam emails requesting money to prevent a downgrade of services.  Below is the content of an example of the scam email:

Subject: Ma︊ke a on︊e-ti︊me p឵឴a︊yment toda︊y t︊o avo︊id a s︊­erv︊ice downgra︊de. [Edited: "Personal Information"]

We wanted to remind you that your Xfinity services will be suspended soon, and to say thank you for your time with us. It's been our pleasure to serve you.

As a reminder, here's a quick summary of your service suspension:
Last day of service: Monday, 19 August 2024
