I have two email accounts and same trouble with both. Emails are saying they have been sent but are not be received by the recipient. This has been happening for weeks. Help!

Please send us a private message with your name and service address to Xfinity Support by clicking the chat icon at the top right of the page. Can you also include the email address that you are using when sending the emails as well as if it's anyone you send emails to or specific email address that aren't receiving yours.
