Hello, @user_mkvp4r are you able to let us know if you're having an issue using xfinity.com/password or are you seeing an error message when trying to update your email password in a mail client? Such as Outlook or Apple mail.
I have a Comcast sub email account. Keep trying getting an update password message. Then when I go to the password page and put in my email address I get an unknown email address message.
