Can I send someone a complete Group e-mail list? I have a list that I want to forward to someone else to use.

No. There is no way to break out a group from the address book in Comcast email. You would need to just send them a list of the contacts in the group. Otherwise, you would need to export the entire address book as a .csv file and then send that to the other person. But that would not list the group separately.
