email problems

I have not received any emails since 10/15/25 (seven days ago).  The bot is of no help.  It just loops me through the same questions and none of the questions are relevant.

Sorry to hear you haven't been receiving emails, I'd be worried about missing something important if I was in the same position! You're in the right place, and we're more than happy to help! To get a better idea of the issue you're running into, are you trying to access your emails directly through the website here, or are noticing the problem when using a third party email client like Outlook or Apple Mail?

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
