The below link walks you through changing your password. Your password needs to be at least 8 characters. It must include at least a number and a special character.

The password needed to send and receive email is the same as the one you use to log in to Comcast/Xfinity websites and apps. There is no separate "email password". To change it see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/changing-or-resetting-your-password.

Here are those steps.
1. Go to xfinity.com/password.
2. Enter your Xfinity ID.
3. Select how you want to reset your password.
4. Enter the password reset code you received.
5. Create and confirm your new password.
