Email Password Reset Without An Account

There is another post with this exact title.  Apparently, it is locked.  I see no way to post in it, so I will post here.

I have a Comcast.net email address that I have used for many years.  I have moved and changed accounts, perhaps more than once.  Now, I have an orphan email address that is my primary, and I do not have the password.  My email client has kept it alive for all these years.  But—apparently, I have no access to the password through my device, and I am in desperate need of a password reset.  The reset tool led to 1-800-XFinity, and that was fruitless.  I am happy to provide a wealth of validating information as evidence that it is my account.  Please just let me know what you need.  This is serious—to me.  I’m hanging on a thread today, with only one working device—a phone.

Thanks in advance.

The matter was completely resolved after a phone call to Security Team to identify me and the former account.  Thankfully I save old bills.  All is well now.
