Email password not excepted with outlook or apple Mail

@user_xlkve8 Thanks for adding a post to the community. Let's update the password so it's accepted across all your devices. Use the link here http://www.xfinity.com/password to reset it. Remember, your Xfinity ID password:

• Must be between eight and 128 characters long.
• Must include at least one number and a special character.
• Cannot contain your name or username.
