Email pass word

My phone says that I need to add Comcast pass word to open email.  Have no clue why or even what that pass word is.

user_p7vre2 Are you trying to access your email from the Xfinity website, or trying to sign into your account? I would assume the password would be the same as your log in user ID to access your account.
