My two comcast accounts seem to download the entire Inbox every time I sign on, not just recent items. Mailbox may be full? Doesn't happen with Gmail on same client.

Hi, @Rhfdc! Thanks for using our XFINITY forums page to reach out for help with the email concern. We appreciate you greatly for patiently waiting for a response. We can help. To research this further, please send us a private message with your name and address by clicking the chat icon located in the top right corner on your forums page when signed in so I can pull up the account. Once there, you can search for "Xfinity Support" to compose your direct message.
The problem seems to be that I installed a spam filter wrong and it was deleting everything in my mailbox. Then good ole' Comcast reloaded all my emails when it found my local Inbox empty. That is, I told Thunderbird to move everything matching the "To:" block in a message instead of everything in the "From:" block of the message I wanted to block.
Thanks for offering help.
It is my pleasure to help. Just to confirm, you have resolved the email issue after installing the spam filter correctly. Does this sound correct? If so, great! While I have you, how are all of your services working for you? Are you comfortable with your current service levels?
