EMAIL ONLY
Hello,
I am requesting assistance with accessing my Comcast (Xfinity) email account: [Edited: "Personal Information"].
I have not been able to log in since approximately December 2025. When I attempt to reset my password, the system only offers verification through my recovery email address, which I no longer have access to.
Because of this, I am unable to complete the password reset process.
I have had this email account for over 7 years, and I would like to regain access. I am willing to verify my identity using my phone number or any other information required.
Please let me know what steps I need to take to recover my account.

Have you been using a third party email app? If so, you would have needed to log in at least every 90 days to webmail in order to keep your email alive. It sounds as though your account may have been deleted. You can try Customer Security Assurance to see if they can recover your email, but if you've not been able to access it since December, it may be gone.
