Email on iPhone

I keep getting incorrect id or password. Works on my laptop fine but iPhone while using Oulook

Not really answered but I found that when I removed VPN and then deleted the original email and re-added back in, it seems much better.

I used the same password. This was using the OUTLOOK app.
