Email on connect.xfinity.com blocked by video popup

I tried using webmail in my browser today and found an impossible to close video popup the prevents me from reading an emails - I tried it on two different browsers and got two different popups, but behavior is identical - first one is what I see in my Mozilla browse:

Second one is what I see in MS Edge - how can I close this popup so I can use email? This is ridiculous. Clicking on the 3 dots in upper right corner and trying to select "close" just closes that dialog box, doesn't close the video popup.

Good morning @Indigo and thank you for reaching out to our Digital Care Team with your concerns. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this pop up, it definitely sounds frustrating! Have you tried blocking pop ups in your settings?

@XfinityAlyssaA  It wasn't a pop-up, and yes all of my browsers block pop-ups by default. Logged out then logged back in and the overlay (wasn't actually an overlay either, was a type of object I've never seen before) and it was gone.

@Indigo Understood! Since it's been two days, is the same page block still showing when you try to access the email? 

I no longer work for Comcast.
