Email not working

I can’t access my comcast email at all. Every link to the email section just brings me to “https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information”. I am still unable to access the email, I have stuff attached to this email and nothing is working.

We can't help you unless you give us more details.

How are you trying to access your email? through the website or a third party email app like Outlook,Thunderbird, or Apple/Mac mail? or through a device like your phone, or iPad, etc.
Are you getting any error messages, and if so what are they?
Have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail? you'll need to login here: https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials.
(If you're a new Comcast customer, you won't have a comcast.net email address.)
