I am getting an error when I try to log into my email this week.

How are you trying to access your email? through the website or a third party email app like Outlook,Thunderbird, or Apple/Mac mail? or through a device like your phone, or iPad, etc.
Are you getting any error messages, and if so what are they?
Have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail? you'll need to login here: https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials.
If you're a new Comcast customer, you won't have a comcast.net email address.
