email not working

Email not sending or receiving messages.  sender not receiving error messages.  have not been able to send for last 24 hours.  have not received a message in last 24 hours.  sent several test messages to my address from other accounts.  occurs online and via mail on my iphone

Hello, @user_hzobkv how are you? We'll always do all we can to help. Are you able to give us more details? It sounds like you're using an email client. Especially if you're checking emails on a Smartphone. Are you able to confirm what email client you’re using and if you've tested your Comcast.net email when signing into https://www.xfinity.com/email

Same problem. Can’t get email on Apple devices. Website does work.
