Email Not Working

Getting error message "Message could not be sent to the following recipients: (451 - 451 4.2.0 ... temporary failure)" for the past two hours. It's affecting other Comcast email users too.

well actually i feel better knowing it is  not just me as well - i have now spent over 1 1/2 hours trying to send an email

@user_x2hpjq​ SAME! The first thing I did was search online and I couldn't find anyone else with the issue. Then I tried an xfinity chat and 10 min would pass between responses and I just gave up. Then I found this thread and now I can stop obsessing about fixing it. LOL

Same problem for the last few hours.  Can't Xfinity assistant is worthless.  Can't get answers.

user_yrez8i - This isn't the experience we want using Xfinity Connect! Reading the thread I've noticed other users reporting it resolved. Are you able to send and receive emails using your Xfinity Connect email?

Same problem. I have tried restarting my Xfinity internet.  Still can not send an email  Error 451 - 451 4.2.0 ... temporary failure

I tried sending from my IPhone same error on the phone.

Just re-tried and got 3 emails out as of 10:37pm here in A2, MI (after being down all evening). 

I hope this clears up soon for the rest of you!

I just got two emails from Comcast..first said change PW. Next one said pw has been changed. I didn't change PW. Now I can send emails.
