email not working
I have a long not logged into email account. I understand the rule and have logged in last week trying to use it and I can send emails from the comcast.net address but I can not receive any emails to that address.
When I log in to email, the inbox is empty. I have tested this against a couple of gmail.com addresses. No message goes to the comcast.net.
Gmail to gmail, comcast - only the gmail is received
reply gmail to Gmail, comcast - only the Gmail is received
comcast to Gmail, gmail - both Gmail and gmail received
Gmail reply all above (comcast to Gmail, gmail) - only gmail received
gmail reply all above (comcast to Gmail, gmail) - only Gmail received
I've tested all permitations and comcast address won't put anything in inbox.
"Third Party Access Security" box is checked.
I don't have forwarding set up as far as I can tell, but it it was, I am not getting the email on any of my non-comcast accounts.

Good morning,
please check your email settings. It appears you are currently forwarding all emails from your comcast.net email account to your gmail.com account and not saving a copy. This would cause what you are experiencing. A guide for Automatic Email Forwarding can be found here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xconn-auto-forward
please check the setting and then try again. If it shows nothing there, try toggling the feature to see if it will refresh the setting.

I live in Ocean, NJ. it is 3/15/2022 I woke up to no email this morning...deleted my comcast account (which has been working for years) and reinstalled it (several times). I even updated my password...nothing. It keeps telling me my comcast password is out of date..it is not. How do I find out what is wrong ?? Is there construction that is interfering with my service. BTW, my husbands computer is showing the same issues..please help..
