Email not working with some WiFi networks

While traveling and staying at Airbnbs and sometime hotels my comcast email does not work.  I get a message to enter my password and when I do I either get no response of it is said to be incorrect.  My gmail and outlook email works fine. In order to get email I have to turn off WiFi WiFi and receive email with my cellular network (in my case T-Mobile). My security setting has third party access security turned on. Anyone aware of a fix? Thanks

Anon454706 have you tested webmail or your email account directly at our website?

Never have a problem with webmail. I am concerned about Comcast/xfinity not coming thru on some WiFi systems.  It happens primarily on some Airbnbs while traveling in Europe but also a few hotels.  I have 2 other accounts one gmail and another my own email tied to my company website, they are never affected.  Emails always come thru.  Only my and my wife’s Comcast email. I am looking for a setting that corrects the problem.

Anon454706 it sounds like you could be seeing the activity due to geo-blocking or something similar. Especially if you're using service abroad. Your best bet is to work with our Customer Security Assurance team. They can be reached at 1-888-565-4329, from 8:00am - 12:00am EST, 7 days a week. They can take a closer look or get us more information.
