email not working since 10/9/25

My email account has not received any email since yesterday. Using the web interface I can send an email, but the account will not receive any email. Any help will be appreciated.

after some research, I discovered that the new web service had enabled forwarding mail on this account without saving a copy of the mail making it seem that there was no mail being received. I removed this and all is working properly.
