Email not working properly

Error message "Unable to connect to mail server. Possible reasons: The mail server is (temporarily) down or there are network connection problems. Please try again in a few minutes."

Is this just me?

When will it be fixed?

Have you checked the awesome xfinity app to make sure they’re not a network issues in your area? also since it been a few days since you posted, is your email now working?
