Email not working anymore

I have been trying to figure this ou but it looks like comcast/xfinity has blocked ip addresses on its own network from receiving email.  As of a few days ago I am unable to use Outlook, or even a third party program that I have that sits in the tray and alerts me if I have mail.  When I looked at the logs I see that the IP that I get from comcast is blocked.

PopCmdResp: +OK

Please dont post any nonsense about clearing out the cache or use a different browser.  On a side note, I can access email using the webmail interface but its not what I want to use.

If you follow the CBL lookup link on that page, it says:

This IP address was detected and listed 2 times in the past 28 days, and 0 times in the past 24 hours. The most recent detection was at Tue Oct 1 01:45:00 2019 UTC +/- 5 minutes

The IP Address ( is infected with or NATting for a computer infected by the Gozi botnet. Gozi is also known as Ursnif, Snifula and Papras.

You'll need to clean up your system, or persuade Spamhaus that it isn't dirty.

Appreciate the info.  Looks like I will have to block the kids computers again.
